Shipping Rates and Times

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Orders within Australia are typically shipped via Australia Post within 10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

  • International Shipping:

    • We offer international shipping to North America & New Zealand.
    • Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please enter your shipping address at checkout for an accurate estimate.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Domestic, Standard International, Express Domestic, Express International.
  • Domestic Rates: Standard Shipping (with tracking) : $10, Express Shipping (with tracking) : $15

  • International Rates: Standard Shipping (with tracking); $30, Express Shipping (with tracking); $50

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order's progress using the tracking link provided.

Shipping Address Errors

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at funkyfido@outlook.com or 0447010809. We may be able to make a correction before your order ships.
  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Additional Shipping Information

  • If you item total weight of your purchased items exceeds 5kg for domestic orders and 1kg for international orders we will contact you to discuss any additional shipping charges required.
