ORDERS:

In stock items are shipped from Funky Fido HQ within five (5) business days of initial order date (unless stated otherwise on specific products).

For custom orders, or in the unlikely event that we’ll require more than five (5) business days to ship your order, we will contact you.

If you require your order urgently, please contact us to see what we can arrange!

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are largely out of our control. However, we have managed to secure up to 25% off regular shipping rates across the world.

We ship all items in secure postal bags/ boxes via Australia Post based on the weight and size of items ordered.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery, within Australia before contacting us with concerns.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, before contacting us with concerns.

We are happy to combine postage on all items offered, BUT please contact us before “checking out” so your shipping charges can be adjusted.

RETURNS:

RETURNS will only be accepted if the items is NOT as described or faulty.

The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the original condition it was shipped.

Please contact us immediately if you are concerned about the quality, a fault or incorrect order.
